March-April

I have been playing with my new camera (Nikon D7000 with Nikkor 18-200mm VR Lens and Nikkor AF 50mm f/1.4D Lens). I am learning how to use photoshop and I just love my new pictures. Cheesy? Well... yes. But I like them.

Joseph is Milo's swimming instructor.  He is very sweet with the children and you can see how comfortable Jared and Milo are following Joe's instructions.  Jared is such a good daddy, I am so lucky to have a partner who is so involved with our children. He stopped working so he could go with Milo. He didn't want to miss this experience with Milo.
At the end of their swimming class, Mario and Milo got cute medals.  I am so proud of them.
Milo LOVES his medal because Ralph from Wreck it Ralph has one. He knows that he is a hero.
Oh... I didn't tell you guys. Guess who is in Milo's swimming class? Natalie Portman and her son!
Yeap.  Pretty awesome. Milo and her son Aleph get along pretty well.

I took this picture a few weeks ago with my Olympus camera. I love underwater pictures.

Mario is taking more swimming classes at the community college. I took him today for the first time; the class started last week but I forgot... oops. Mario was calm and relaxed. The pool at the community college is deep and all the other little kids were screaming their lungs out. I was worried; I didn't want Mario to get nervous but he didn't cry. He was super cool. While he was swimming, I went to use the weight machines (I can push 165 pounds with my legs) and when I was done, I sat in the hot tub waiting for Mario. It was a great day: I got to work out and see my child being the best at what he is doing. I was so proud of him.

In more news, Milo can use the toilet too! Every time he uses the potty, we go to the bathroom and make a HUGE deal about it. He gets a high five, a treat and to wear big boy underpants. He loves the color green, so all his underwear needs to have some type of green color. He still has accidents, but I am so proud of him for having initiative. He is a tiny little boy (he looks like he is a 1 year old) but he does act like a big child.
The boys are still picky eaters. They love cheese hot dogs, fries, croissants, and guess what? Mario is eating pepperoni. He doesn't know that pepperoni is meat, so don't tell him because Mario is "vegetarian." (Seriously don't tell him).
I am so proud of my little family. They are really the best.

Cute picture of me and my mami.
