Mario's First Day Of School.

Mario's first day of kindergarten.  I just can't believe it. To me, he is still my tiny premie baby. He will always be my tiny baby. He is so handsome and brave. He took the bus all by himself.  I am so proud of him. Mario also was one of the children who scored highest in his assessment for his kindergarten class.

I look very tired. It was a very emotional day for me. The last three days have been very hard for me, just knowing that he is growing up so fast. I love Mario so much, we are always going to have an special bond.  Mario and I are best friends and we are always going to be. The hard part for me is to let go and to trust him.

I made Mario a Bento Box for lunch. He had a peanut butter and Jelly sandwich in the shape of a heart, strawberries, kiwis, watermelon, cheese, and crackers.  For breakfast I made Mario his favorite, Cream of wheat with a chocolate smily face.  Milo didn't want chocolate this morning. He is feeling very sad because he knew that Mario was going to go to school without him.

This morning at 6:30 am.

His black batman backpack. His other one had a hole so we had to get him another one.

He is such a handsome guy.

Mario and Milo hanging out before Mario had to leave for school.

This is my favorite picture of them. I didn't notice until I was editing the pictures, the way they are holding hands is so darling.  Milo spent the whole day kind of quiet, he was missing Mario so much. It was so sad.
